Biden the Bonehead resurfaced at the LBJ Presidential Library last Monday to grumble about Supreme Court decisions – just the ones he didn’t like – and to make plans to rein in the Court. This is in contrast to his statement in 1983 calling any attempt to place term limits on justices and to expand the size of the court, “boneheaded.” And I’m here to tell ya, Biden knows boneheadedness. 

Said Biden, “In recent years, extreme opinions that the Supreme Court has handed down have undermined long established civil rights principles and protections.” The term ‘Civil Rights’ was evidently his attempt to insert the race card into his reasoning for SCOTUS changes, thus making it legitimate to every Democrat.

As one of Biden’s primary beefs against the Court was the overturning of Roe v Wade, one has to wonder though, who was he referring to by “protections.” It certainly isn’t the babies being aborted.  

“I have respect for…the separation of powers laid out in the Constitution, but what’s happening now is not consistent with that doctrine of separation of powers,” Biden mumbled. “Extremism,” (meaning ‘conservative principles’ in Lib-speak),” is undermining the public confidence in the court’s decisions.” His facial features resembled that of “Walter the Dummy.” Had to wonder if Obama’s hand was stuck up Biden’s backside.

Keep in mind, when laying out his three changes to the Court, he called for 18-year term limits, an enforceable code of conduct and an amendment against presidential immunity. What has any of that got to do with Civil Rights?. Currently, his term limits would only apply to three judges – all conservative; the code of conduct applying to only the conservative Justice Thomas; and the immunity ruling to Trump. These are what Biden believes is SCOTUS extremism.

Biden is still fuming about the Court’s decision to give Trump immunity while he was in office. This destroyed Democratic plans to keep Trump in court, rather than campaigning, and to ultimately place Trump in prison, regardless of the fact that prosecutor Jack Smith didn’t have the authority to bring those charges. I see this as an odd stance by Biden as, if he lives long enough, may very well be brought into court for his crimes as vice president for shaking down Ukraine, or the fiasco ending the Afghan war. And the real irony with that is that Biden would be doing prison time and not know why.

An Amendment, by the way, requires a two-thirds vote of both houses of Congress, followed by ratification by three-quarters of the states. In the heightened political landscape today, brought on by politicians, an Amendment declaring bees make honey would not be voted in.

House Speaker Mike Johnson called the “reforms” as dead-on-arrival,” meaning Biden’s attempt as circumventing SCOTUS rulings won’t pass the House. To that Biden hissed, “Mike Johnson is dead-on-arrival.” I wonder if he stuck out his tongue and put his thumbs in his ears too.

For good measure, someone in the Biden Administration and Crime Spree penned a letter to the Washington Compost, under Biden’s name, containing points from his speech. As a reminder, the Compost is Amazon owner, Jeff Bezos’s personal newsletter and has all the integrity of a tabloid.

In the code of conduct memo that Biden supposedly penned, it was said that “Justices should be required to disclose gifts, refrain from public political activity and recuse themselves from cases in which they or their spouses have financial or other conflicts of interest.” Imagine how much better off this country would be had Biden taken his own advice.

Shortly after, the ultra-progressive Vice President and Border Czar, Kamala Harris announced she too supports Biden’s court reforms. She cackled, “These popular reforms will help to restore confidence in the court, strengthen our democracy and ensure no one is above the law.” Bull!

That comment would figure from perhaps the only person in the US further to the political left than Bernie Sanders or members of the Squad. Our Border Czar is currently campaigning for president all across the country on a government jet, paid for by us, lying to us about her past record of siding with Socialistic policies. Suddenly, since Biden dropped out of the presidential race, Border Czar Harris has magically transformed into a moderate while the media regurgitates it back to us. She is Obama in power pearls.
