Once again, Congress finished their yearly budget game, waiting until the last minute to pass an interim spending bill by kicking the can down the road again and making no effort at balancing the budget. Democrats refuse to let go of their pork issues, as do the war hawks on both sides of the aisle. The Republicans are also part of the Asshat club because they let Democrats bend them over a barrel every time.

It’s easy to say let the government shutdown. The problem is, military pay, among the lowest paid Federal employees, is also held up – which should be a crime. Those jackals know that too. We should demand they stop kicking down the can down the road and balance the budge, or they should be fired come the next election.
